A Fatty Salmon with Salted Potatoes

Jakarta was humid and dehydrating as per usual. Both reasons won't stop me from making a proper lunch with only a couple stock of salmon in the fridge. I decided to make something simple but tasteful: a baked salmon with crispy potato wedges.
